Knowing this, can anything be certified?
This weekend has been insane when it comes to technology.
The Treasury was hacked. Google crashed pretty much worldwide and there have been reports all morning that Zoom is down in different regions.
But the news about SolarWinds Orion products is HUGE! Because it’s what connects all of these pieces.
The CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) issued Emergency Directive 21–01 on Sunday night in response to a known compromise involving SolarWinds Orion products.
This was only the fifth Emergency Directive issued by CISA since they were given authority in the Cybersecurity Act of 2015.
And as it turns out, they were impacted by it, too.
To get a feel for the extent of this Emergency Directive’s implications, take a look at just a few of the government agencies who have relied on it.
There was a list of companies who were customers of SolarWinds. And it was impressive — comprising 425 of the 500 Fortune 500 companies.
Google was one of them, which may explain their worldwide outage this morning…
But so was Dominion!
And the patch that allowed the hackers backdoor access was in effect since Spring of this year…
And when you put all of this together, what you have is the single largest hack in human history. One that has impacted, infiltrated and possibly even INFLUENCED data from government agencies, top companies and so much more that we may never know.
Can you really tell me that election software wasn’t impacted by this now exposed hack? And in light of that, can we truly and safely certify the results of this election?
The Left went wild about foreign influence in the last election. And that was nowhere near the scale of what has now unfolded.
